Upgrade your Dodge PCM for Tuning Compatibility 

Many modern (2015+) Dodge, RAM, Jeep, and Chrysler vehicles include factory security restrictions that prevent direct ECU tuning through the OBDII port. The Dodge PCM Upgrade Service removes these limitations and enables full tuning capability through HP Tuners’ VCM Suite software.

This service upgrades your vehicle’s Powertrain Control Module (PCM) so it can accept custom calibration files and data logging through HP Tuners hardware and software.

Once upgraded, your PCM can be accessed through the OBDII port. Tuners gain access to critical engine parameters including airflow, fuel tables, ignition timing, torque management, and other performance settings.

3. Ship the PCM in for upgrade

4. We modify the controller to enable tuning

5. Your upgraded PCM is returned ready for calibration

The upgrade process typically takes 5-7 business days once the PCM is received, not including shipping time.

Important Requirements

• PCM must be physically intact with no broken connectors

• A stock read file and VIN may be required during the process
